With only THREE months left until Carnival, there has been some speculation about Machel taking time off, a Carnival Center to be built, promoters not being able to throw parties, bands not selling as fast as they thought etc.

WHATS REALLY GOING ON????

So the result is we still dont have a stage, is Machel going to release any music for next year?, where are we going to party now? and will the price of costumes decrease because they are not selling as fast as they should?
