preliminary round was held in 2010 Calypso Monarch competition at the weekend, the top eight Calypso singer for you ‘Kaiso 365′ on Saturday 24 July at the Ontario Science Centre 770 Don Mills Road. The eight finalists will take part in the competition to last year’s winner Michael “Redman” Thomas and two original songs lead in the hope of winning the prestigious award and Calypso Monarch Calypso Canada’s Top Awards.
