Caribbean Style Mardi Gras Parade from 1pm
Annual Caribbean Style Mardi Gras Parade, Food, Arts & Crafts Festival.
Annual Carnival Parade, Festival and Music Explosion will be held on
Saturday, October 23, 2010 from 1:00pm to 10:00pm at Metropolitan Park,
downtown Jacksonville, Fl. (across from EVERBANK Stadium). Vending spaces
for Saturday are being sold on a first come first serve basis.
Steel drums, colorful costumes, Caribbean music and outstanding cuisine
highlight the bill during this energetic cultural festival, held downtown.
The revelry kicks off with a spectacular parade at 1:00pm then sashays to
into Metropolitan Park for a day full of great music, food, arts, crafts
and family fun until 10:00pm.
Admission $10.00, Kids under 10 FREE.
