Brooklyn, NY 11209

Date and Time:

———–

As you can expect, Representatives of the Caribbean Community showed up to represent their community. They condemned the press, naming Post newspaper, for negative stereotypes and coverage of the parade. All the violence in Brooklyn, was wrongfully attributed to the Carnival, and the press coverage was created to clarify the misgivings.

As you can expect, Representatives of the Caribbean Community showed up in record numbers. They condemned the press, naming Post newspaper, for negative stereotypes and coverage of the parade. All the violence in Brooklyn, was wrongfully attributed to the Carnival, and the press coverage was created to clarify the misgivings

…exactly how many people attended for these record numbers? what i heard was fewer than 15 ppl…

they condemned the press?…ok..but you have a very biased meeting without feedback from the couter opinion there to defend themselves….so you are essentially doing exactly what the press did..forming an opinion without representation from all parties involved…in essence, u attacked ignorance with more ignorance…idiot caribbean people will never learn to look at the big picture.

Counter opinion? You serious? I was there! The point was the Press only showed one side, so we must show the other side. Only the press has an obligation to show both sides, They are the news! We as a people are only responsible for furthering our own agenda, let other people worry about their goals.
