Once the user signs up they are immediately given access to the member’s only section. In that section they are granted access to see any possible exclusive information, downloads, coupon codes etc. that we may have. All deals are of limited quantity, and therefore are rewarded on a first come first serve basis. The $5.00 USD processing fee, is for a subscription service for our Website.We feel that information is sensitive, and the user fully agreed to pay the membership fee.
Refund Policy:
There will be no refunds, unless you can prove you did not receive the Discount offer we provided. If the offer is for an event, and you did not receive the mentioned discount please contact us to correct the issue.
Costumes, and Events are the sole responsibility of the owners, promoters, Carnival bands, etc. When making a purchanse Carnival Info is not responsible for cancellations of events, misplaced items or carnival band procedures.
