First off food prepared for that volume of people will not be ready to create that 4hr time slot. the wee wee truck issue is simply a few sour grapes spoil the whole bunch! there are bands which out porta potties on the back of a 1.5ton truck and call it wee wee trucks, thus I believed that where that came from. But I will miss the convenience of it, this year was the first time I used them and I have to say i was a great service.
